Ivan Takov was elected Chairman of the Bulgarian Socialist Party's (BSP) Sofia City Council by the Socialist delegates during the organization's 14th Conference, BSP-Sofia said in a press release Tuesday.
Takov received 157 votes in a secret ballot.
