Sofia, November 13 (BTA) - For a third year in a row the
National Endowment Fund 13 Centuries Bulgaria will present an
exhibition of contemporary Bulgarian artists abroad titled "So
close, so far". The event will be held on the third floor of the
National Palace of Culture (NDK) from November 18 to 26, the
Endowment Fund said. The exhibition was organized under the
auspices of President Rosen Plevneliev with the support of
Aurubis Bulgaria.

The participants in this year's edition are 18: Boris Pramatarov
(Belgium), Boryana Ventsislavova (Austria) Vassilen Vasevski
(USA), Wieliczka Atanasova (France), Elena Mitseva (Austria),
Elizabeth Talauer (Germany), Elisabetta Tsvetkova (Italy),
Zornitsa Kalinova (Austria), Ivan Petkov (Austria), Kalina
Danailova (Italy), Lilyana Stankova (France), Nasko Pelevi
(Canada), Nestor Kovachev (Austria), Nicoletta Kerinska
(France), Paola Minekov (UK) Rafiye Karadza (Turkey), Tatiana
Caneva (Spain) and Christina Tasheva (Netherlands).

A discussion on the subject of "Contemporary Art: So Close, So
Far" will be held from 10 a.m. on November 19. Participants will
include artists, public figures and experts. The initiative for
the discussion belongs to the Association for Development of
Sofia.
