Sofia, November 17 (BTA) - The Corporate Commercial Bank's
(Corpbank) insolvency trial begins on November 24, the Sofia
City Court (SCC) said Monday.

The court hearing will be behind closed doors. Corpbank, the
Bulgarian National Bank (BNB), the prosecuting magistracy and
the Bank Deposits Guarantee Fund have been subpoenaed to the
trial.

Meanwhile, SCC froze Corpbank's assets at BNB's request, which
was deposited in court on November 11.

All court and arbitration proceedings involving Corpbank assets
are also suspended.
