Bulgarian Foreign Ministry Warns Bulgarian Citizens in Belgium to Reckon with Current Domestic Situation

November 21 (BTA) - The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry advises Bulgarian citizens planning a trip to the Belgian capital Brussels or already staying in Belgium to update themselves on changes and reckon with the current domestic situation, the Ministry said in a press release on Saturday.

The advisory came after Belgium placed Brussels on the top level "four" alert in the Government's scale on Saturday because of a "serious and imminent" threat of a terrorist attack in the city and the country.

The Ministry recommends to Bulgarian citizens to avoid crowded locations like shopping centres and markets, street cultural and sports events, railway and bus stations and other such, and if they urgently need to visit such places, to exercise special circumspection.
