Sofia, October 30 (BTA) - The government adopted the 2018 National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) budget bill, the government's information service said on Monday.

The bill projects 3,859,978,000 leva in health insurance revenues and transfers from other institutions. Health insurance revenues are projected at 3,818,478,000 leva, of which 2,556,292,000 leva from health insurance contributory payments, and 1,262,186,000 leva health insurance transfers.

The projected revenues from health insurance contributory payments are by 276,562,000 leva more than the figure for 2017. Expenditures and transfers total 3,859,978,000 leva. The expenditures are projected at 3,858,395,000 leva, 409,633,000 leva more than the figure for 2017.
