site.bta3,844 PCR Tests Confirm 162 New COVID-19 Cases, Bringing Bulgaria's Total to 15,751

Sofia, August 27 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases
in Bulgaria reached 15,751 on Thursday after 162 new infections
were confirmed over the last 24 hours, out of 3,844 PCR tests,
according to data posted on www.coronavirus.bg.

The active cases are 4,415. The hospitalized patients number
741, including 60 in intensive care.

A total of 149 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24
 hours, bringing the total to 10,750.

Fourteen new fatalities were reported, bringing the total death
