Bulgaria to Provide 150,000 Euro for Food, Education of Refugees in Countries Neighbours of Syria

Sofia, February 3 (BTA) - Bulgaria will make voluntary contributions to the World Food Programme (WFP) and UNICEF totalling 150,000 euro which will go toward food for refugees in countries neighbours of Syria and education of Syrian children. The contributions will be announced by Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov who leads a Bulgarian delegation at a donors conference on Syria organized by the UK, Germany, Kuwait, Norway and the UN in London, the government's information service said.

The contributions will be 100,000 euro for the WFP and 50,000 euro to UNICEF. Bulgaria has made contributions in all donors conferences on Syria held each year.
