New Delhi/Sofia, September 5 (BTA) - The Bulgarian Ambassador to India, Petko Doynov, signed in the presence of the Charges d'affaires of Nepal, Bharat Kumar Regmi, a Memorandum of Understanding between the two ministries, the Foreign Ministry said.

On the Nepalese side, the document was signed by Foreign Secretary Shankar Das Bairagi.

The Memorandum of Understanding is the second bilateral document between Bulgaria and Nepal in the 50 year history of relations between the two countries. It opens the opportunity for regular consultations between the two ministries and the discussion of a broad range of issues, as well as topical items on the international agenda.
