Future of Europe through Eyes of Young People to Be Discussed in Vratsa

A meeting on the future of Europe through the eyes of young people will be held in Vratsa on Tuesday, the Vratsa Chamber of Commerce and Industry told BTA.

The theme of the meeting will be The Future of Europe EU: The Perspective of The Young. The discussion will include issues. such as increasing youth participation in the European political process, how to make their voice heard better, how to fight disinformation and what kind of future young people want for Europe.

"The European Union must do more to include young people in the development of policies for a sustainable future," commented MP Denitsa Simeonova, who is one of the organizers of the event. She emphasized that the purpose of the meeting is to have a real dialogue with active young people about the future of the European community and to discuss ideas, projects and opportunities.

The meeting will also be attended the acting Deputy Ambassador and Cultural Attaché at the German Embassy in Bulgaria, Debora Laval, as well as Rosalin Schmiech, head of the Culture and Media Relations Department at the Embassy.
