The Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) expanded the circle of its partners among educational institutions by signing an agreement with the Rakovski National Defence College (NDC) on Friday. BTA Director General Kiril Valchev and NDC Commandant Maj. Gen. Todor Dochev affixed their signatures to the document.
Describing NDC as one of Bulgaria's most important educational establishments, Valchev said the conclusion of the agreement coincides with celebrations of 20 years of Bulgaria in NATO and a BTA exhibition on the bloc's 75th anniversary. It is the national news agency's 31st accord with a Bulgarian university. Negotiations are underway for another 14 such documents, and seven more are farther down the road, Valchev said.
