Over 80 voting machines have been reported to be out of order and voting has been switched to paper ballots, Central Election Commission (CEC) Rositsa Mateva told journalists here on Sunday afternoon, adding that voting on election day is proceeding normally and calmly. She explained that some of these machines are printing out ballots partially or completely blank, which does not show how voters have voted.
