Bulgarian-developed innovative early warning technologies that help save lives were presented Sunday at the Bulgarian pavilion at the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 28), which is taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, between November 30 and December 12. For the first time, Bulgaria has its own pavilion at the COP to showcase its achievements in the common fight to curb the harmful human impact on climate change.
