The Vasil Levski Bulgarian Sunday school in Athens will host an international forum on teaching Bulgarian in a multilingual environment between March 29 and 31, said the Seliminski Centre, a Greek Bulgarian Culture Association.

It is part of a project implemented by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens under a programme, “The Untold Stories of Bulgarians”, of the Bulgarian Education Ministry. The project is headed by Gencho Banev, a Bulgarian lecturer at the university.

The forum will focus on the teaching of Bulgarian at Bulgarian Sunday schools abroad and schools of the host countries.

It is organized with the support of the Bulgarian Education Ministry and is organized by Department of Russian Language and Literature and Slavic Studies at the Athens University in cooperation with the Bulgarian Embassy in Athens and the Seliminski Cultural Centre.
