Four landmark sites on the US West Coast will be lit up in the colours of the national flag on the occasion of Bulgaria's national holiday, March 3, said Bulgaria's General Consulate in Los Angeles.

The initiative was launched in 2022 with the City Hall of Los Angeles and for a third consecutive year will bring together the Bulgarian community in the park in front of the landmark building to mark the holiday. 

Staff of the Consulate General, teachers and pupils of the Bulgarian school Sts Cyril and Metodius and dancers from „XoroTroptzi“ will expect Bulgarians in Los Angeles to turn on the lights at 6.30 pm local timе.

This year for the first time Morrison Bridge in Portland will be lit up, in addition to Phoenix City Hall and Seattle Great Wheel.
