Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) are entering the election race in Varna with clear goals and objectives, the coalition's election headquarters said after the official opening of its campaign in the coastal city on Monday.

"Our goal remains one - to live in a better Bulgaria, in a better Varna, in a better Municipality", CC-DB's top-of-the-list candidate Daniel Lorer was quoted as saying. He added that in three years the coalition has managed to make [former prosecutors general Ivan Geshev, Sotir Tsatsarov "disappear", the MRF to split, the Bulgarian Socialist Party to disintegrate. CC-DB has defended the Recovery and Resilience Plan so that this country receives investments from Europe, Lorer said, adding that the coalition has a lot of unfinished business that will continue in the next parliament.

"I don't leave unfinished things that I find important. This is one of the two reasons why I accept again the second position in the list of CC-DB from Varna," the second candidate on the list, Dr. Ivaylo Mitkovski, said. He pointed out that he has promised to work so that Varna Municipality can take back the sites given away over the years to various ministries and state institutions and has managed to unblock this process.
