Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) leader Korneliya Ninova and top-of-the-list candidate for Veliko Tarnovo Atanas Zafirov visited the Petropavlovsk Monastery near Lyaskovets on Wednesday, the BSP press centre said. Sister Elisaveta, a resident of the monastery, urged Ninova to continue her advocacy for Christian family values and children's protection, wishing her strength and health in her roles as a wife and mother. She also proposed the implementation of religious education in schools.

Sister Elisaveta expressed her gratitude to Ninova for her generous contribution made the previous year. Ninova reciprocated by praising the efforts to maintain the monastery and preserve traditional Bulgarian values.
