The Bulgarian community in Saudi Arabia is made up of highly qualified professionals, Bulgarian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Lyubomir Popov said on Monday during President Rumen Radev’s meeting with Bulgarians living in the Kingdom.
The ambassador described the Bulgarian community as small but distinguished.
"These are people from the high end of the professional spectrum – engineers, metro builders, IT specialists, senior banking staff, and cybersecurity experts. They are well received and highly valued by their Saudi hosts," Popov said.
President Radev is visiting Saudi Arabia to take part in the Future Investment Initiative international forum.
