Bulgaria’s top tennis player Grigor Dimitrov has advanced to the third round of the men’s singles tournament at Wimbledon. The 34-year-old, seeded 19th in the main draw, battled past France’s Corentin Moutet in a hard-fought match, winning 7-5, 4-6, 7-5, 7-5 after 3 hours and 40 minutes of play.
In the third round of Wimbledon, Dimitrov will face the winner of the match between Austria’s Sebastian Ofner and 13th-seeded Tommy Paul of USA. The Bulgarian will be aiming to reach the Round of 16 at Wimbledon for a third consecutive year.
