Kubrat Pulev and Ihor Shevadzutskyi will come head-to-head in the World Boxing Association (WBA) international heavyweight title match on March 30.

The Bulgarian and the Ukrainian will fight in a 10-round match, which will be the last of a total of eight fights that will fill the programme of  gala evening in the capital's Arena Sofia.

The 42-year-old Pulev (30 wins, 14 knockouts and 3 losses) was supposed to fight Germany's Mahmoud Charr in a 12-round bout, but due to injury, Charr will be prevented from participating. For this reason, his place was  taken by Shevadzutskyi, who has 11 wins (9 by knockout) and only one loss.

The traditional press conference before the meeting was also attended by Tervel Pulev, who will enter the ring against Rolly Lambert from Cameroon in the penultimate match of the programme. The fight between them will be in the light heavyweight category in eight rounds.

Tervel Pulev has 18 wins (14 by knockout) and one loss, while Lambert has 16 wins (12 by knockout), two losses and one draw.
