Iliyan Radulov won the third place at the 2023 ITF World Tennis Tour Junior Finals in Chengdu, China.
The Bulgarian defeated Branko Djuric from Serbia 6:2, 2:6, 6:3 and the match lasted 1 hour and 42 minutes.
Radulov finished the tournament with three wins and two losses.
This year Radulov took the J300 titles in Plovdiv and Washington and reached the quarter-finals of the Junior Grand Slam tournaments - Roland Garros and the Australian Open. The Bulgarian also won his first ITF men's title after triumphing at the Pazardzhik tournament in May with a prize fund of USD 15,000.
Radulov is the second Bulgarian to qualify for the best eight junior tournament of the year. In 2018, Adrian Andreev finished in third place.
