The Council of Ministers adopted an Action Plan for the period 2025-2027 to the Strategic Framework for the Development of Education, Training and Learning in the Republic of Bulgaria (2021-2030), said the government press office after the ministers' weekly meeting Wednesday. The plan sets out the objectives for improving the quality and relevance of education and focuses on building skills and key competences from an early age.
