The Institute of Balkan Studies with the Centre for Thracology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) is organizing an international conference, titled: "Cultural Diplomacy and the Balkans: Achievements and Challenges in the Modern Era". The event will take place on October 23 in the panoramic hall of the Kvadrat 500 Art Gallery, said the organizers.
