site.btaSand Sculpture Festival in Burgas Opens on July 5

The Sand Sculpture Festival in Burgas will be opened with free entry on Friday, said Burgas Municipality's press centre. 

The festival will be held for the 17th summer in a row and will include a special performance by the artists from the Marina Zmeeva Ballet School and the musicians from the Burgas Brass Orchestra.

The theme of the festival in 2024 is In the World of the Circus, as visitors will be able to see huge sand figures of acrobats, clowns, magicians, tightrope walkers, jugglers and circus animals made by a total of 14 artists.

The sand figures will be on display until the end of September.
