Film Poster Exhibition Opens in Stara Zagora

Nearly 30 film posters from the private collection of Bulgarian poster artist Simeon Krastev are on display in an exhibition at the Stara Zagora State Opera. The event is part of the programme of the tenth edition of The Golden Linden international film festival for new European cinema.

At the opening of the exhibition, Prof. Marin Dobrev, former Director of the City Art Gallery in Stara Zagora, said that Krastev is among the great names in poster art, as he is among the artists who brought worldwide fame to poster art during the 1980s.

The exhibition consists of film posters of No Time to Die, Be Blessed, Everything Is Love (Vsichko e Lyubov), Defitzit, Rent-a-Cop, among others.
