"There Is Such a People" (TISP) have collected 67 signatures and will submit an application to the Constitutional Court for a partial annulment of the elections of October 27, Toshko Yordanov, chair of the TISP parliamentary group in the 50th National Assembly, said here Friday. He was speaking during a press conference at the National Assembly.

Yordanov added that they had received support from MPs from Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB), the Alliance for Rights and Freedom (ARF), as well as from some of the MP of the former parliamentary group of Velichie.

TISP MP Aleksandar Rashev said they would seek an annulment for 52 voting sections in Bulgaria and that they would provide to the Supreme Court of Cassation evidence of violations, including forged vote counts in the results protocols, transfer of votes from one party to another party's count and lack of the mandatory video surveillance of the vote counting process.
