site.btaBulgarian Patent Office Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Czech Industrial Property Office

A Memorandum of Understanding between the Industrial Property Office of Czechia and the Patent Office of Bulgaria was signed on Thursday in Munich at the headquarters of the European Patent Office.

The two offices decided to establish a mechanism for regular exchange of information and best practices through the signed partnership agreement. The aim of the Memorandum is to create a basis for joint activities between the Czech and Bulgarian patent offices in the field of industrial property rights. 

The document was signed by the President of the Czech Industrial Property Office Josef Kratochvil and the President of the Bulgarian Patent Office Olya Dimitrova.
