Defence Ministry: Polish Military Personnel, Equipment to Traverse National Roads For Military Exercise

Personnel and military equipment from the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland will traverse the national road infrastructure on Wednesday, starting from the Vidin border checkpoint, passing through Sofia and exiting at the Kulata border checkpoint, in relation to their participation in the NATO Ramstein Flag 2024 exercise, the Ministry of Defence said in a press release on Wednesday. The convoy will return via the same route on October 15, 2024.

Polish military personnel with equipment will transport material resources on September 19, 2024, from the Vidin border checkpoint to the Kapitan Andreevo border checkpoint. Their return journey along the national road infrastructure will be on September 23, 2024.

All convoys will be escorted by teams from the Military Police Service.
