The police has intercepted nine undocumented foreigners in a car in the village of Gara Elin Pelin in Sofia Region, BTA learned from the Regional Directorate of the Interior Ministry on Thursday.
The driver was arrested and an investigation is under way. The foreigners claim they are Syrians and the driver is Moldovan.
