"Russia's military aggression against Ukraine has dramatically undermined Europe's security architecture, but the European Union's answer was prompt, firm and unified," Bulgarian National Assembly Chair Rosen Zhelyazkov said, addressing a Conference of Speakers of the European Union Parliaments (EUSC) in Prague on Monday.
