site.btaGERB-UDF to Submit Questions to Constitutional Court, Borissov Says

GERB-UDF will submit questions to the Constitutional Court (CC), GERB leader Boyko Borissov told reporters in Parliament on Wednesday. In his words, one of the questions concerns the rights of MPs, while the other asks whether the Supreme Judicial Council, whose mandate has expired, can proceed with the election of the Prosecutor General and President of the Supreme Administrative Court.

Borissov added that he would sign Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria's declaration about creating a cordon sanitaire (sanitary cordon) around Delyan Peevski and his MRF-New Beginning coalition once the Constitutional Court issues its ruling.
