site.btaInternational Defense Technology Forum Opens in Shumen

The Defense Technology Forum 2024 opened at the Municipal Youth Centre in Shumen on Thursday.

The participants were addressed by Colonel Stancho Stanchev, Dean of the Faculty of Artillery, Air Defense and Communication and Information Systems at the Vasil Levski National Military University. The opening was attended by Shumen deputy mayors Victoria Kovchazova and Nikolay Kolev, as well as professors from Shumen University.

During the two-day international scientific conference, representatives of defence universities from all over Europe will participate and present over 100 reports in person and online. Companies from the sector of modern technologies related to 3D printing and communications will also be present at the forum.

The Defense Technology Forum 2024 is organized by the Shumen branch of the National Military University.
