The Month of Bulgarian Culture's fourth edition started in London, the Bulgarian Cultural Institute there reported in a Facebook post. The event was officially opened by the Bulgarian Ambassador to the UK Tihomir Stoytchev who greeted everyone present at the Ondaatje Theatre, Royal Geographical Society, and wished the festival success.
Special guests at the event were director Stefan Komandarev and actress Eli Skorcheva.
The first part of the event was a screening of the Bulgarian film Blaga’s Lessons, nominated for the 96th Oscars Academy Awards. The programme continued with a concert by Stefan Valdobrev and The Usual Suspects formation.
