site.btaBulgarian Food, Beverage Products to Be Exhibited in Veliko Tarnovo

Bulgarian food and beverage producers will present their produce on June 6-8 at the Business Center Veliko Tarnovo (North Central Bulgaria). An emphasis will be put on innovation and sustainability in the industry.

Different types of wines, coffee, chocolate, kombucha (fermented tea-based drink), protein bars, vinegar and natural juices, dairy and vegan products will be showcased at the exhibition.

“The idea is to give publicity to producers and their products, which are well established and acclaimed, but are not part of the mass supply, Business Center Veliko Tarnovo Operations Manager Valentina Dimova said. She pointed out that the producers will talk about their products' qualities and production methods, and the aim of the exhibition is to encourage direct contact between producers and consumers.

Participants will discuss the latest trends in the production of healthy, organic, and vegan products. They will also create conditions for establishing new business connections. Tastings and presentations of different flavours will be a highlight of the event. More than 20 participants from different fields and regions are registered so far, the organizers noted.
