site.btaEurostat Puts Bulgaria's Q4/2023 Current Account Deficit at EUR 800 Mln
Bulgaria ran a current account deficit of EUR 800 million in the fourth quarter of 2023, compared with a surplus of EUR 400 million in the third quarter of 2023 and a surplus of EUR 600 million in the second quarter, according to seasonally adjusted data published by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Commission.
The EU's current account showed a surplus of EUR 107.9 billion in the fourth quarter of 2023.
