Works by Bulgarian Canadian painters based in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal will go on display at the Bulgarica Center in Mount Prospect, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois on April 14. The exhibition is titled Connections and is being organized by Elarte Arts (Toronto) and Bulgarian Artists Abroad (Chicago), the Bulgarica Center says in a Facebook post.

The contributing painters are Diana Filipova, Daniela Zekina, Adriana Ross, Peter Boyadjieff, Nasko Pelev and Peter Georgiev Ray.

The opening event will be held between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. local time on April 14. Admission is free, but visitors should register on the Facebook page of the event (here).

This is the second event to be co-organized by Elarte Arts and Bulgarian Artists Abroad. Their cooperation started with an exhibition of Bulgarian American artists at the Papermill Gallery in Toronto in April 2023, the Bulgarica Center recalls.
