Sofia Mayor Vassil Terziev expressed optimism Sunday that the Sofia Municipal Council will elect its chair during its next meeting on February 8. He attended the announcement of the Angels on the Road foundation, uniting parents who lost their children in road accidents.
At the end of January, for the seventh time in a row, the Sofia City Council did not manage to elect a chairman. Terziev recalled that at that time the Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria - Save Sofia nominated municipal councillor Tsvetomir Petrov for the position.
