Overnight snowfall across most of the country. Atmospheric pressure to continue to rise and will be higher than the monthly average. Snow cover to from in northern Bulgaria and the mountains. Precipitation will weaken and stop almost everywhere by the end of the day. Moderate to strong north-northeasterly wind. Daytime temperatures in most regions will be at or near 0C, by 2 pm temperatures will be mostly between minus 5C an 0C, around minus 3C in Sofia. 

The Black Sea coast: Considerable clouds. Rain in some places, to change into snow. Strong northerly wind. Daytime temperatures will be between minus 3C and 2C. Seawater temperature: 9C-10C. Sea waves: 4 degrees Douglas. 

The mountains: Cloudy with snowfall which will stop by the evening in most areas. Strong east-northeasterly wind. By 2 pm at 1,200 the temperatures will be around minus 3C, at 2,000 - around minus 7C.
