Borislava Ivanova won a bronze medal in the women's individual competition at the final of the Aerobics World Cup in the Romanian capital, Bucharest.

Ivanova, who a week ago became the champion of the international tournament in Plovdiv, received a score of 19,750 points for her performance.

Maelys Lenclos (France) won the gold with 20.250 points, and Anastasia Kurashvili (Ukraine) came second with 20.150.

The mixed pair of Borislava Ivanova and Hristo Manolov committed an inaccuracy during the execution of one of the difficult exercises, which left them in fifth place in the final ranking. In the men's competition, Manolov placed eighth in the final.

On Sunday, the Bulgarian youth national team left for Bucharest, which will represent the country at the upcoming Balkan Athletics Championships or Balkan Games. They will be held between October 16 to 19 immediately after the end of the World Cup for men and women.

The delegation will made up of 45 people and includes competitors, coaches and judges.
