Minister of eGovernment Alexander Yolovski will chair the Digital Decade Council, which was established in April 2023 and aims to support the successful implementation of Bulgaria's national commitments to deliver digital transformation.

Its membership also includes the Deputy Minister of eGovernment as its Vice-Chair, and its members are the Ministers, the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, as well as the heads of other government institutions involved in the digital transformation process.
