site.btaBulgaria at 62nd Struga Poetry Evenings

The 62nd edition of the international poetry festival Struga Poetry Evenings in Struga, North Macedonia, officially opens on Thursday with a programme packed with many poetry readings and literary events. Bulgaria is represented by Roza Boyanova, the author of 20 books of poetry and non-fiction, an art teacher and founder of the Mythical Birds Studio in the Black Sea city of Burgas.

The three prizes of the Struga Poetry Evenings - "Golden Wreath", "Brothers Miladinov" and "The Bridges of Struga" - will be awarded on Sunday during an international poetry reading titled "Bridges".

The Poetry evenings will last until August 28.
