The conditions for tourism in the mountains are good on Sunday, the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) informed BTA.

In the high parts of the mountains the weather is clear and quiet. Lift facilities at the resorts are operational.

The MRS advises tourists to follow the marked routes and not to move alone in the mountains, to be dressed in appropriate gear, drink fluids and wear hats and sunscreen.

During the past 24 hours, there were no registered incidents with tourists.

According to the forecast of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology, the wether in the mountains on Sunday will be sunny. In the afternoon, mainly in the Rila-Rhodope region, cumulus-rain clouds will develop and short-term precipitation and thunder are possible in some places. Hights: 22C at 1,200 m, 13C at 2,000 m, with moderate east-northeasterly wind.
