GERB-UDF MP Raya Nazaryan commented on Ivan Geshev's dismissal from the post of prosecutor general by presidential decree, saying that at this stage, the procedure for electing a new composition of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), which will subsequently elect a new prosecutor GENERAL, must be initiated and carried out. Until then, an acting prosecutor will exercise the powers of the prosecutor general.
