Judge Atanaska Disheva of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) said in an interview for Bulgarian National Television on Thursday, that the SJC must appoint an acting prosecutor general within the next few days. Disheva said that the Judicial System Act does not specify the procedure to determine the new prosecutor general, in case their predecessor had been dismissed early.
