Forming a regular government with the second exploratory mandate is absolutely imperative, Democratic Bulgaria Co-chairperson Hristo Ivanov told the Bulgarian National Radio here on Sunday. He called on CC-DB PM designate Prof. Nikolay Denkov and GERB-UDF PM designate Mariya Gabriel to continue the negotiations as a matter of urgency without perpetually changing the formula for forming a government.
