As from July 1, 2024, mediation will be a compulsory method for resolution of disputes between property owners, condominium owners, and company partners in six types of pending court cases and in another 12 types of matrimonial, contractual, ownership, labour and commercial cases, the judge will have discretion to oblige the parties to try to come to terms through mediation.
