In his address to the NATO Military Committee Conference in Brussels on January 18 and 19, Bulgaria's Chief of Defence, Admiral Emil Eftimov, said that the conflict in Ukraine shows that situational awareness and rapid information exchange are crucial for success, the Bulgarian Ministry of Defence reported on Thursday. "Quickly focusing effects on the enemy's critical capabilities and maintaining the initiative, based on sustained management, are key factors for success," Eftimov added.
