Opportunity Explored for Opening Six New Centres for Registration of Incoming Refugees

Sofia, September 2 (BTA) - An opportunity is being explored for
opening six new centres for registration of incoming refugees,
Interior Minister Roumyana Buchvarova said in Parliament on
Wednesday.

This is the second step of a plan devised several months ago
which is going to be undertaken if necessary, Buchvarova said.

The Minister said also that nearly 95 per cent of the migrants
entering Bulgaria meet the requirements for refugee status.
People from Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq mainly come to Bulgaria,
 she said.
