E-Justice to Take Three to Five Years to Be Fully Implemented in Bulgaria
Sofia, September 3 (BTA) - Between three and five years will be needed for the full-scale implementation of electronic justice in this country, Bulgarian Justice Minister Hristo Ivanov said at a meeting of the National Assembly Legal Affairs Committee on Wednesday.
The effort will be financed under Operational Programme Good Governance, Ivanov said, specifying that e-justice will involve a major technical transformation.
In connection with corporate property theft, cases of which have recently been reported in the media, the Justice Minister expects a report by mid-September which is supposed to propose various ideas concerning both notarizations and organizational arrangements.
