Sofia, May 22 (BTA) - Justice Minister Tsetska Tsacheva conferred here on Tuesday with Austria's Federal Minister for Constitutional Affairs, Reforms, Deregulation and Justice, Josef Moser, Tsacheva's Ministry reported.

The two have agreed on continuity regarding the various dossiers for the upcoming Austrian EU Presidency, which will start July 1. Moser has congratulated Tsacheva on the successful Bulgarian EU Presidency, during which progress was made on a number of dossiers, so that they can be closed, voicing hope that his country, too, will manage to work at Bulgaria's speed. Bulgaria's calendar of events is proof of the seriousness with which it takes the EU Presidency, and it will be up to Austria to make decisive steps towards the future, Moser added.

He noted that efforts will be made with regards to all topics, emphasizing the need for quick progress in the work on electronic evidence and company law. Tsacheva has expressed her team's readiness to help their Austrian counterparts during their EU Presidency. Minister Moser has thanked her, noting that they have already been facilitated by being included in the working groups on all dossiers.

Tsacheva and Moser have expressed satisfaction with the good work between their ministries, noting the intense exchange between the two countries' judicial bodies.

The Bulgarian Minister has underscored the fact that no difficulties or issues have been established in the legal cooperation and assistance between Bulgaria and Austria in the fields of criminal and civil law.
