Daniela Georgieva was nominated by the Bulgarian Heritage Association in London for the Saint Zlata of Meglen Award in 2025, the Executive Agency for Bulgarians Abroad (EABA) said.

“She is among the founders of the Bulgarian Heritage Association, which is an idea born from a deep belief that Bulgarian traditions must be passed on," the EABA emphasized, stressing that she unites Bulgarian compatriots in London and beyond with her long-standing dedication to the cause of preserving and promoting the national culture and traditions.

 In October, the EABA will present its annual Bulgarian Woman of the Year – Saint Zlata of Meglen Award. Twenty nominations have been received from 11 countries. BTA will present the nominees in a series of articles.
